Coaching your team
GROUP COACHING
Grief is not only a health and social care issue. Unmanaged and untreated grief in the workplace costs the UK economy an estimated £23bn a year in lost Gross Value Added (GVA)*. And that’s just bereavement-specific grief.
The majority of the economic cost arises from lost productivity in the workplace (presenteeism), rather than from time away from work.
I offer a 1-day, immersive group coaching experience exploring and processing loss and grief in our professional and private lives.
I’ll provide loss and grief education while coaching your team members through their own grief journeys.
Although I will be coaching a group, given the intimate and personal nature of session, the majority of the exercises and practices are designed for private reflection.
By the end of the session, you’ll:
Have a better understanding of what loss and grief is and isn’t;
Be able to identify the different ways we’re impacted by loss and grief;
Learn how to manage your own loss and grief in healthy ways at work and home;
Learn how to foster a grief-aware business, as well as identify and address grief support gaps;
Feel confident and be better equipped with the knowledge and skills to compassionately support your grieving colleagues.
Where: In-person at your offices (London only) or via Zoom
Group size: 50 delegates maximum
Who: Suitable for all levels within your organisation: senior leadership, managers, team members
Investment in your business and team members: £3,500+VAT
If you’d like to express an interest in me supporting your team, please send an email to groupcoaching@rbccmnq.com. We’ll schedule a call to discuss your business’ specific needs and requirements for this group coaching session.

1:1 COACHING
I partner with committed anti-racist businesses and organisations that are actively looking to diversify their Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) portfolio with culturally competent mental health support.
Who I Coach
I offer coaching at all levels, including founders and C-suite executives and senior executives (executive coaching), managers, team members and interns.
Given the relational nature of my work, I only partner with a select few businesses per year.
How I Coach
I’m available on a 6-month retainer of pooled hours where I’ll coach either a mixed group of team members, e.g. co-founders respectively, individuals within your leadership team or a department; and/or your wider business.
I’m also available to provide support for specific individuals within your company.
Where I Coach
I mainly coach via Zoom and offer limited in-person sessions. I can come to your office, but for the client’s ease, I often recommend they experiences coaching away from the work environment. I’ll invite you to my coaching venue in West London.
What I Coach
Popular coaching areas I help team members with include:
Trauma, including racial trauma;
Grief, loss and bereavement;
Anxiety and stress;
Depression;
Confidence and self-esteem;
Imposter Syndrome;
Burnout;
Emotional intelligence: communication, self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation;
Motivation and productivity;
Return from maternity/ paternity leave;
Transitioning and settling into promotions/ demotions/ new roles / working structures (e.g. remote working).
I’m not a performance coach, so if business goal setting, targets and performance management (or “managing out”) is what you’re after, I won’t be a suitable match.
Coaching Fee
6-month coaching retainer to provide support to members of your business at every level (individual contributors to C-suite): £30,000+VAT
If you’re looking to reward team members, I also offer gift vouchers.
Be sure to check out the About Rebecca-Monique page for more information about my work and background, credentials, testimonials and FAQs.
